At first everything was perfect, great prints with the purple and blue resins for jewelry. When I started connecting my prints online, the problems started. First with the blue resin, the pieces stuck to the base and then I started having long, very long printing times. The problem is that now it started with the purple resin. For the first time in the more than 5 years that I have been using the Formlabs 3, I have problems with this resin. The pieces started to stick to the tank, and after 10 hours of printing, a small layer of resin as a witness on the platform… I destroyed it when trying to remove the remainder. I don’t know if they play with the parameters, it is the typical failure due to parameter error, I bought this printer precisely because it already came from the factory and I wouldn’t have to deal with this type of problems. I had to filter the resin with the consequent loss, in addition to the time and opportunity cost, I needed those pieces today for casting. I think the convenience of using this printer is becoming less and less, and I look more eagerly at the cheaper printers that, although you have to set them up, end up being more reliable and cheaper. My question now is should I try printing again? Absolutely disappointed with these printers, I do not recommend them.
