I’ve recently had more print failures due to error code 1 for relatively simple and straightforward prints. Any thoughts on what is causing this?
I have 2 times the issue this week.
it often happened in a large workload, about 13-16 hours job.
for some small project, the printer works well.
Don’t know this reason / and how to resolve it.
did you recently update firmware?

Error 1 is a generic printer error, and in order for this to be narrowed down further it would be best if our Support Team would review your printer’s diagnostic logs. A few initial steps to try would be to re-upload the printer’s firmware as well as performing a factory reset.
