On my last two bigger prints the surface quality dramatically decreased. I get areas that are orange peel like and a small hole vertically through the print. Upon inspecting and cleaning the printer as advised I noticed some dust and dirt particles on the mirror below the optical glass window. I suspect this might be part of the problem, how do I clean this?
Contact support and get the guide from them. Cleaning the main optical mirror should be fairly regular maintenance. Just make sure that you follow the guide to a ‘T’. There are some screws on the tank carrier that will throw your form 2 out of calibration. Which basically kills it.
One thing you should also do when cleaning that mirror is cleaning both sides of the optical window while you have it out of the machine.
