even replacing a new display the same error is happening the screen starts to go white after a few minutes
I did all the processes requested by the help center.
and I don’t know what else to do
I need help from some kind soul
- the machine goes through the whole boot process normally but only the screen is not working.
*disconnected and connected power cables cleaning them with ISO.
*technical assistance in Brazil cannot help as it has no parts as it is an outdated machine
