Cutting away the supports is very cumbersome and can easily take 1hr or more. Which kind of tools (including electric power tools) can you recommend to help removing the supports in a time-efficient way?
Curious too. Specifically if anyone has experience with inexpensive ultrasonic cutting tools such as this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07GPJVHSK
Reduce the size of the touchpoints. I’ve been using 0.3mm on both the Form3 and Form2 and the support will just twist off. You may have to adjust the touchpoint size and density to get the ‘sweet spot’ for your particular geometry.
The ultrsonic cutting tool is great. It works well to do the initial removal of the supports.
I then use very fine (800-4000) sanding sticks. Last I finish with a good polish.
