Hehe, then my safety advisor is gonna have a break down. The compressed air im using is promised without residue. I will try cleaning all the mirrors and move out of the fume hood when i get the chance. Thanks alot for all your input guys
We are having similar problems. Ruune, did you ever figure out what was causing the cure flakes of resin? Thanks.
Sadly not. I had to move on since work was piling up while i was geeking around with the 3d-printer. I did however run the butterfly print from Formlabs support with no flakes etc. which lead me to believe it might be a problem with the object i am printing more than the resin. Since the structures i am printing are drawn in SolidWorks and are 200um high pyramids with a slope of 35 degree (or small variations to those values), could it be that since the Form1+ can “only” run at 25um these are artifacts from the object itself? Since the slope would become a tiny tiny staircase even at 25um. Just a thought… If you do figure out the problem please let me know, driving me mad not being able to fix it and not having the time to delve into it
