Hello, I’m using the castable wax resin (the purple). After casting, the jewelry comes out very grainy and a lot of divets, was wondering if there were any solutions to this. Thanks!

We typically see this for 1 of 2 reasons, the parts were not fully dried before the casting process began or the burn out process was not followed. I recommend confirming that the attached process was followed for the burn out. If you still see issues after confirming, please contact us hereand we can troubleshoot further.
