We use our Fuse blast to sandblast different parts using different technologies. We have installed the polishing media kit and the result is great on the parts coming out of fuse1+.
On the other hand, on MJF parts, the media size is too big and therefore we can’t sand the surface of the part properly or get into the nooks and crannies. Has anyone found a polymer media that gives the same “polish” effect but in a smaller size?
Formlabs polish media size = 600 - 900 µm
I’d like to find 300-400 µm to use with the original mesh.
