Hello,
we’re facing a similar problem as listed here: New Form 3 freezing/locked up/not booting
We just turned on the Form3 for the very first time. You can hear the fan for a moment and then the formlabs logo arises on the screen. The progress bar below the logo is moving till its full, but then the screen doesn’t change any more. We tried to restart the printer about 10 times, but no change.
Is this issue known and are there any troubleshooting recommendations?
