When editing supports with internal supports disabled - paint surface areas that will accept supports

I manually edit supports a LOT - and usually I have to avoid internal supports.

One continual frustration is clicking somewhere to add a support and having it denied - then it becomes a tedious click-hunt trying to find spots that will take a support.

When editing supports with internal supports disabled - why not just highlight (paint) the areas on the surface of a part that will accept supports ?
