Just received a Form 3 printer. There is a watermark showing as “print test mode” on the screen. Even I updated the firmware to 1.4.4, it is still showing .Is there something wrong?
All ready failed three simple test jobs with the black v4 resin. Twice with the butterfly clip. Once with the puppy. I own a Form 2, which has no problem with these cases.
That’s not an error I’m familiar with! The best thing to do is contact our support team so they can investigate what might be happening a little more closely.
