After some fairly quick/urgent advice please - need to use Tough 1000 or 1500 in an external application in sunlight. Does anyone have up-to-date UV aging data for these materials (@Sophia_M ?) or recommended UV stabiliser finishes that are preferably along the lines of dying with alcohol ink and IPA? Formlabs Medical: The Ultimate Guide to Dyeing, Painting, and Coloring SLA Parts | Formlabs @Kemolagger maybe something you tried other than cerakote?
I don’t mind buying a special treatment, but the safer and lower the effort to apply, the better.

Cerakote C Series has superb UV blocking finishes and adds durability. It’s incredibly thin, sets in a few hours and cures in 5 days

Anything I can dunk prints in? 
ive had stuff outside (Tough 2000) for over a year no issues

You can get some rattle can spray paint at nearly any store (Walmart, auto zone, pep boys, etc), clear UV resistance spray. I have used it in the past on prints, no issues so far, but I don’t know the longevity of it.

It’s a cover for a port but when fitted and tightened down will be under some continual force. So I’m keen to a) avoid embrittlement leading to cracking and failure, and b) creep, such that it loosens.
There are a couple of other parts but I have a photo of this one (Tough 2k, btw for this print but just want the best one for the job). Another is a ring shape which will be mounted on an 18mm knurled cylinder, which is probably going to be an interference fit and under hoop stress.
After being outside for almost a year still holding up and this is the previous version of Tough 2000

The feedback from real-life applications you’ve already received is probably most useful, but we also have data on indoor and outdoor aging in the TDS of Tough 1500 Resin V2. Hope this helps!

We’ve done clear coats before in the past for UV. The best clear coat for UV protection would be automotive 2K. A 1K clear coat can also work. Won’t be as good but is easier to use.
