Trick for cleaning trapped resin out of blind holes

I bought some syringe and fine needles without the cuting bit. You can fine them for grease and adhesives. With a inside hole of a 0.7mm and exterior of 0.9mm, they work great. I insert them and flush IPA directly from the inside.

I tested finer ones, 0.15mm/0.3mm (inside/outside) and is very difficult to push the alcohol through them,

The ones I use: https://es.rs-online.com/web/p/agujas-dispensadoras/4003895?gb=a

I’m a big fan of the chonky syringes, you can add different diameter tips to control pressure/flow rate and don’t have to refill as often. This one is a bit overkill but gets the job done.

“a bit overkill” yeah it can just hold half a cartridge of resin ^^

using some hypodermic injection needles with 30G or smaller could also help you to manually rinse the very fine dead end holes.
