Tiny rashes and lines at the very end layer

Hi everyone,

I am encountering these problems in the last 3-4 prints, some have rashes on the surface and some have lines on the surface of the product.

I have checked all the possibilities, the tank, resin, window and its still occur the same promblem.
Any thoughts on how to fix this ?
