Hello. I have a problem. The printer is new. First time use. There is a sound before the platform is raised (7sec, 22sec, 35 sec.). Fast resin. Can you help?
@Karol The high-pitched sound you’re hearing is not typical. My best suggestion is to open a support case so that our agents can review the issue and get things operating as expected.
The problem has been resolved. It was the sound of the voltage regulator protecting the printer. They’re next to each other.
It previously protected Form 2. I need a higher-power voltage regulator for Form 4.
