Snap fit parts

Does anyone have any experience with designing/printing snap-fit parts with the Form+? What sort of thresholds might work in terms of curing?

I imagine if you don’t cure the part as much as is typical - e.g. by flash-curing theoutside, then covering the “snap” part and further hardening the rest of the part - it should be doable. Has anyone tried?

I’m making snap fit parts, but the snap deflection is very small, ~250um. What I’m seeing is creep over time, where the snap fit loosens because the parts are still kind of ‘fluid’ even after post curing. However, that said, I’m having very good luck with snap fits overall.

If you haven’t already tried it, post curing usually helps to reduce creep significantly.
