Rigid 4000 Stiffness is Inconsistant

I am printing some long thin parts in Rigid 4000 on the Form 3+ and curing them in Form Cure. Problem is that after curing these parts in large, packed batches, that the stiffness of the parts varies from print to print so much that I can’t use the parts.

I’m hoping someone can help me find a way to increase the stiffness of the parts I’m making, any tips or tricks are greatly appreciated.

Thanks for getting in touch. Here are a few things to check:

• Are you curing the parts for 15 minutes at 80 °C? (See Form Cure time and temperature settings)
• It would be worth double checking the recommendations in Best practices for post-curing prints. I’m wondering if the way the parts are packed together in the Cure could be blocking light exposure to some of the parts.
