Looks great Eric! Try to find alternative, cheaper resin that doesn’t have ACMO if you can…that stuff is nasty.
The Formlabs print settings have two parameters that change exposure…irradiance and exposure itself. They way they defined it is “exposure” is mJ/cm3…so the energy in Joules to blast a layer. “Irradiance” is mW/cm3…or how many Joules per second to crank the LEDs.
So Formlabs calculates exposure “time” for you in the background based on these two parameters. In most cases you can leave Irradiance alone and just adjust the other exposure values…that should be the easiest way to do it.
Knowing by how much to reduce the exposure though is another story and that’s probably going to be a bit of guesswork ![]()
