Ongoing Support for Form 3 and Form 3L

Hello Everyone,

While this info has been available on our website already, we want to share the long-term support timeline for the Form 3, Form 3B, Form 3L, and Form 3BL here on the forum as well, and inform you about an update regarding spare parts availability.

We’re committed to keep supporting the Form 3 generation as follows:

  • Support: Customer support remains available. We still field questions about the Form 1+!

  • Materials and consumables: Resins, tanks, and build platforms will continue to be sold through at least January 2028, subject to demand and stock.

  • Printers: Factory Reconditioned printers remain available while supplies last.

  • Warranties: All existing warranties will continue to be honored.

  • Spare parts: We expect to have most spare parts available through at least January 2027.

Please note that our estimate for spare parts availability has been revised from what was previously shared on our website. Individual parts may become unavailable sooner than the shared date depending on stock levels.

You can find the full details on our support pages:

If you have questions about your printer’s support timeline, or want to plan ahead for spare parts, our support team is happy to help.

Thank you for being a Form 3 or Form 3L user!

Will this be in line with the EU’s new Right to Repair directive that took place on July 31st, 2026?

I’m no lawyer, but just based off my layman’s understanding, I believe spare parts must be made available for at least 5 years after the product is removed from the market.

EDIT: Nevermind - apparently the directive does not apply to 3D Printers at all.
