I’m curious if anyone can confirm that Nylon 12 parts being printed on a Fuse 1 now are more porous than before. I am having this problem with regular and beta settings, making me question if it’s not just the material. Before if you were to place water on one side, it would either keep tension and lay on top of the material without spreading, or it would spread by wicking along the surface. Now If I place water on one side, it wicks through the material. I use water as an easy way to test this, but the real problem was discovered with 2 part epoxy wicking through.
I appreciate any input or help with this. I am working with support, but I want to verify nobody else is having issues as this started happening right as we switched to the bagged powder. The material is supposed to be the same, it is an odd coincidence at least.
