I really need a Tough 3000 resin. Obviously, the best way to do this is to mix Tough 2000 and Rigid 4k I’m making a part that is going to be under constant load on a compound bow, but as soon as it is taken outside, it heats up and deforms.
Has anyone done anything like this and to what extent did it work/not work?
Outdoors. This stuff absorbs heat like crazy since it’s so dark. On a hot day, it gets pretty soft. I’m going to do a science and see if I can come up with something I might try the high temp resin as well or maybe an unholy concoction of the 3.
