I have a form 3B and have had 2 misprints which have had sections missing. After cleaning the tank I noticed some white bits underneath which had set (pictures attached). Any device would be much appreciated
Hello @HorburyDental, and thanks for reaching out. From the pictures you provided I can see resin between the tensioning sheet on the bottom, and the flexible tank surface where the resins rests. What likely has happened is there was a tank puncture from a previous print that has caused the resin to leak between the sheets. Your first picture IMG_1941 shows evidence of this in the lower left corner, where the resin causes optical coupling visually and becomes more transparent. This will result in the laser being obstructed or obfuscated as it attempts to print your layers.
