Okay, I think everyone would agree that it’s pretty hard to get the spatula started under the base of the printed item so you can pry it off the build platform. I have even considered sharpening my spatula even more but then a simple solution occurred to me. Why not have the software build the base in a way that there is a slight overhang or lip as it rises off the platform instead of rising perpendicular to the platform? This would give a much safer and more effective way to start the peel process and may reduce the scarring on the platform from the spatula.
