Encapsulate most of the mirrors in such a way to create a dust free chamber that is sealed off, creating a barrier to dust build up on at least the initial 3 mirrors, the 2 directing the beam and the 3rd mirror that reflects towards the largest mirror. Make the glass that covers where laser light exits the 3rd mirror easy to clean and dust off. Such an enclosure could reduce dust build-up related issues significantly. Even if it was a simple retrofit kit, this would be very helpful.
Here is a crazy idea, Make a trip in an RV cross country and do these retrofits while promoting FormLabs? Just have a mobile retrofit tech and scaled down lab on-board and then go out and meet us and make us super happy to meet you all too.
