Hello Everyone,
My washer is covered with resin specially on the knob, I tried IPA with napkins but it didn’t work. Any idea how to make this looks super clean?
Thanks.

Hi @Abood123, thanks for sharing your question and photo.
While IPA can usually do the trick (you could try a cloth/rag if you’re currently using paper napkins for a little more friction), we also find some customers found success in Simple Green. You can likely pick it up at your local hardware store or online.
Hope this helps!
Diana
Also suggest once clean to remove gloves before operating so you dont get the controls messy
Good one @MattRForerunner! Other best practices/maintenance is giving equipment and tools (related to the SLA workflow) a wipe once in a while with an IPA soaked paper towel.
More follow-up tips for @Abood123 after discussing it more with our Forum Moderator crew:
The knob almost looks like the resin has been cured. If that is the case, IPA or Simple Green won’t unfortunately work here, as you can’t dissolve cured resin fully with these. So if it’s available to you, we recommend taking a beaker of 99% IPA in an ultrasonic cleaner water bath, the IPA will soften the resin and the agitation from the ultrasonic cleaner will try and separate it from the knob itself.
Thanks will try that ou !
