I currently have Nylon 12 running on our Fuse 1+ but would like to switch to Nylon 12 GF, is there any special cleaning required to switch over? Or can I empty the dispenser and just add fresh 12 GF?

Our support article Switching SLS powder types (Fuse 1/Fuse Sift) should cover everything you’ll need to know in order to switch powder types. There is a simplified cleaning procedure when switching materials based on the same polymer type such as Nylon 12 to Nylon 12 GF.
