FORMWASH HydroMeter came today without an O-Ring

My FormWash came today, after unboxing i realized the HydroMeter came without an O-Ring. Can I still use the wash? Or should I wait for a replacement?

you could still use it but the hydrometer is used to give you a baseline for fresh IPA vs time to replace IPA.
Just note where the bobber sits in fresh IPA and wait for the Oring to arrive

Thanks gholson2. I wonder if I can use a regular rubber band in the meantime?

I don’t see why not, honestly just not sure if regular rubber bands hold up to the IPA
