Form wash warping thin parts

I just got the form wash and it warped thin fins on a part. The fins were about .5mm thick and I did do two 20 min wash cycles. Is there a setting for the agitation to slow it down?

Given the small features I’d suggest to use a shorter wash time; 15min, and cleaning afterwards with alcohol and a tooth-brush…

The strangest thing happened. I let the model stand overnight without curing and all the fins straightened themselves out as they dried. I was a little surprised by that but it looks good now.

Yes sometimes you just need to let the parts dry out thoroughly.

Also two 20 minute wash cycles in IPA sounds like way too long. The longer they wash time in IPA, the more the will absorb and deform.

I’ll take it as a learning experience.
