I submitted a ticket but was wondering if anyone else has gotten this message and can explain. My print was appr. 20 layers in when it errored.

Hi @danalex,
Error code 186 typically means that there was an issue with the tensioner when it was trying to pull out the slack in the tank film; this can either happen with old tanks or if there is a disconnect with the tensioner. Support should provide you with all of the troubleshooting steps required to get you back up and running!
