I recently got a Form 2 Resin printer second hand and I am trying to find the total operating time. I’ve tried to export the csv from the dashboard but it just gets stuck on “Your CSV is loading…”. I also tried to locate a file named “odometer” in one of the Formlabs file paths, but that file is MIA.

Thanks for getting in touch. I would advise reaching out to Support and sharing your printer’s diagnostic log file. We may be able to share some metrics about operating time, or otherwise at least try the Dashboard CSV export from our end.

Are you connected straight to the printer or is it on a switch/splitter?
