No resin will cure, I assume my laser is dying. I cleaned all my mirrors, but that didn’t help, so I pulled the laser housing out and shined it against a piece of paper about 1ft away. The picture isn’t perfect, but hopefully someone can tell me if that’s how it’s supposed to look.

Looks like there is dirt on the optical path causing it to refract. Id check the galvos and small mirror. Possible there is something on the lens of the laser itself. I would use a blast of air to clean them and see if it does the trick.
