@Sculptingman It’s not a great theory. Just my best one 
I found that somewhere early in the print, part of the model base had become obstructed from the laser or stuck to the silicone window, but that the other half of the model printed almost completely. Perhaps the wiper had trouble dealing with that resin stuck on the silicone window.
