I’ve been in the jewellery industry for a few years and recently decided to purchase a Form2 printer and try casting my own rings. I have been reading alot about casting in resin but just can’t seem to make any breakthrough with it. I have not been abe to get my hands on R&R investment powder so I have been using GRD Synergy investment powder which has been developed for resin casting and on top of that had my prints dipped in GRS ProCad but still not having any luck.
All my castings seem to be very rough and have an investment film on which can only be removed by sanding.
