Can't order anything - no international store

I’m in New Zealand and recently have a problem where the store thinks I should be using the US-EU store, then I can’t order anything as NZ is not listed. The international store was now I only get formlabs/store/us_en. (Even though my address book only shows NZ)

This is a big problem for me as we need material and have customers waiting.
Customer service seems unable to respond to this issue.

Anyone else have this problem?

The EU store doesn’t appear to be working either (and I’m in Europe). I just get a “_customer isn’t allowed to” error when trying to add something to the shopping cart.

Any update on this? I’m in Australia and see the same problem…
