Brand new Black V4 cartridge valve came off during print!

Hi,

I have seen that there a a few postings on that Topic. Now it´happends to me.

The Formlabs Form 2 is 3 month old and the cartridge was brand new. 1L resin overflow the tank and flew into the printer. The optical glas seems to be clean.

I have cleaned erverything outside but I don´t want to open the printer to clean inside. I wrote the support this morning but no response (thats very bad for a company with such a high price product!).

We use the printer at the university for some very urgend parts and now because of the poor quality of a cartridge we can´t print anymore.
