Best material for epoxy casting

I want to cast epoxy into a 3D printed form. Has anybody tried?

My cast is about 22 cm³ and has no special structure, quite basic bent box. I have have release angles on most of the part, its just a bit hard on to small ends.
It can´t be a fully soft mold since i need the dimensions to be within at least 0,5mm from end to end.
Do I print a rigid form and then print a silicone(or similar) inner form and assemble them, and then cast into that?

Thanks for any assistance. Also if someone is an “expert” on selecting a stiff epoxy, not brittle it would be helpful.

I use Rigid 10k for epoxy casting due to its thermal properties as we cast it with more than 70°C.

It works best when you coat the mold with a ptfe release agent which is used for injection molding.

I can not give more information about the custom epoxy I am using
