Anyone know the calculation formula of supporting volume in Preform 2.11.3?

I am studying the relationship between support volume and print orientation, anyone know the calculation formula of supporting volume in Preform 2.11.3?
What is the relationship between build orientation and density, point size and other parameters in the picture?

Density seems to affect the overall projected surface area density, Slope Multiplier under the advanced tab seems to offset this density positively or negatively depending on the slope of a given geometry. Point size has nothing to do with the total volume of the support material since it only influences the very top of the support strut.

On very small parts the base thickness and height above base settings also have a non-negligible influence over the total volume of support material.

Many thanks. One more question, the support volume calculate in Preform is 17.02 ml(picture below), do you know the formula for calculating this?

If your question is does it include the support structure then yes, but you can figure that on your own easily so I really don’t know what information you are looking for there.
