Hey everyone,
Has anyone here had consistent results printing super fine-detail parts (like under 0.3 mm features) using Clear Resin V5 on the Form 3+ or 4?
I’ve been prototyping some micro-mechanical pieces, and while the resolution is great overall, I’m seeing a bit of overcuring or fusion in delicate gaps. I’m using 25μm layer height with default settings.
Wondering if anyone has tweaked exposure settings or orientation to preserve tiny details, or maybe another resin is better suited?
Appreciate any input or photos if you’ve done similar!
