You’re looking at it backwards… Print yourself a Press Die/form to bend the wire to your shape… Do it all the time for Grab handles on Model tanks and Railcars.
Etching isn’t really an option because those wires are 3D usually (they bend in all directions). This press die form looks good. I’ll be sure to try that. I made one jig so I can bend the wire but it just doesn’t work. It is just to small.
