Over the past three months I’ve been printing production parts for a local medical device company as a stop gap till they get their injection mold tooling up and running. Additive manufacturing has opened up so many doors for applications like this but it’s still pretty amazing that 3D printing gives you this ability.

What was your recipe to get the biomedical durable to that shade of blue?
I have a syringe like device and I’m trying to choose between biomed durable and biomed clear. I was concerned durable would be too flexible or soft with the wall thickness of a syringe; however, I also have a snap fit feature on the same body. Any suggestions?
Hard to say, I think you’ll have to test them out for your specific application.
Alcohol dye recipe was 20 drops Sapphire, 30 Navy, 20 Manganese.
