Preform entity selection

i usually print a lot of small parts and a lot of the time I need to see the name of the parts.I would like to have as an option the entity selection tool

You mean that when you select one of the parts that have already been loaded on the preform platform, you could see the name?

That would actually be quite useful.

Yes I mean that.
Another suggestion is that when you are in edit mode to open the part in another window.It is easier to handle it.
Also you can add collision detection feature.

Thanks for the suggestion! I could certainly see this being useful when you’ve a platform full of different components. I’ve forwarded this to our software team and we’ll look into it.
