Hey there!
I’m wondering if someone in here knows if it’s possible to make a flexible 3D print, then create a hard mold of it, then cast platinum cure silicone in it?
I know TPU inhibits the cure of the silicone. Are there any other flexible filaments that are compatible with platinum cure silicone?
I need to use hydrocal or fiber glass for the mold, and this is very important. that’s why I can’t use a rigid filament like regular PLA, because it will get stuck in the mold.
I’ve been looking at flexible PLA, but can’t find any information about if it’s compatible with platinum cure silicone or not.
Thanks!
