Through the top glass, I can see dust and foreign objects. how to disassemble and clean it , so as not to damage the coating

Formlabs has a pdf document for this.
Pretty easy to do and pretty fast.

If you need so, I have designed a tool to clean the galvo mirrors easily and a set of dust shield clips.
