Form 2 does not print hole with 0.5mm diameter

I have printed parts with 0.5mm holes in them with clear resin with no problems.Sometimes you have to pass a 0.5 mm drill bit through the part to clear out any resin

I’ve been able to print some really tiny holes.

The key is that the typical resin-clean process isn’t enough to clear the resin inside of the hole. Have you tried suirting IPA directily into the hole with the bottle and/or a syringe?

I’ve seen microfluidics projects made with clear resin, and there’s no way the typical process will clean those channels without some direct attention.
