Does any one have any experience e-beam sterilizing with any of these resins? I’ve seen some posts regarding other sterilization methods, but we would like to use e-beam at about 35 kGy.
I have had experiences with ebeam sterilized plastics like poly carbonate and ebeam can make plastics brittle and discolored. Unless others here have suggestions I guess you just have to try it.
If you are going to use this type of sterilization in medical devices, you should seriously consider repeating your bio-compatibility testing after exposure to the ebeam.
