Bonding printed parts to silicone / urethane

I’m trying to encapsulate printed “bones” with silicones or urethanes to create “tissue layers” around the printed parts. Can anyone advise on any primers that have worked for creating a bond between white or durable resins and low shore strength silicones or polyurethanes?

Alternatively, has anyone identified specific resins that enable a better bond to form between the parts and silicones / urethanes?

Any advice is gratefully received.

How strong a bond do you need? How long a cure time can you tolerate? Are the silicone/urethane parts opaque or translucent? I’m thinking a UV cured adhesive…
