Can anyone recommend a company for Sterilisation and Validation for items that are being printed for medical use.

I’m not 100% sure what you mean by “validation.” Could you please clarify what you’re looking for in that regard?
In regards to sterilization, Formlabs offers a number of medical materials which can be sterilized. For more information, check out this page and look for the “Material Sterilization Information” links.
