This is in a way “good news”. Meaning that indeed the FormLabs printer is just as good as the 10K 3DS SLA offering.
I hope FormLabs continues to grow.
What was the lawsuit about? Was is big guy sues little guy for no reason? I have a Form1 and a CUBE but would have much preferred Form1 won.

Wonder who the patent attorney was? Sounds like they did a sloppy job on the search.
I am not a fan of 3d Systems, their business ethics or lack of scares me. Any company that sells equipment then competes with their own customers is not a good company to deal with.
