I wonder if you use the same material you are printing with as the blast media could you just sift and use the powder to print then?

only if you think you can sift out all the glass fragments as the media breaks down.
I am skeptical you could reclaim a pure powder.
There is a significant density difference between the two materials so it is possible in theory. It just may not be worth the effort.
Thats true, i only considered particle size for sifting.
I was actually wondering about using the same powder that you print with in the blaster. Just not sure if it would be abrasive enough.
