The shape and thicknesses definitely contribute to the tendency to warp. For me I have made a couple of mechanical parts for actual use but for the most part I use it to make masters for molds so if they fall apart or warp after it doesn’t matter.

Property wise they pieces seem close to the Poly and Objet printers. The IPA I believe is the biggest factor in the tendency for parts to warp. Wonder what kind of cleaning solution they use on the other printers?

Thank you very much for this topic. I have been thinking about how to calculate my prints from form2 for quite awhile and your table seems to be exactly what I need, However, when I click the link I do not have permission to open it.
